Description

Incredibly rare footage filmed inside the eye of Hurricane Michael looking towards the East South East on Highway 98, about 4 miles west of Mexico Beach, FL as the eye of the hurricane passes over and the winds pick up. You can see what is called the "Stadium Effect" from inside the hurricane as the clouds rotate around the center of the storm. Filmed just as the second half of the storm was about to destroy the area.
