Victim of Pinochet-era immolation is “hopeful” after arrests Carmen Gloria Quintana, the woman who in 1986 was reportedly set on fire along with a photographer during an anti-Pinochet protest, said she feels more “hopeful” after a Chilean judge ordered the arrest of 12 former soldiers accused in the crime.
