The EU's Mogherini "confident" in Argentine progress The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini met with Argentine President Mauricio Macri and Foreign Minister Susana Malcorra on Wednesday in Buenos Aires. “I will go back to Europe bringing a message of confidence in the process that Argentina has started,” Mogherini said in a joint press conference with Malcorra.
