Description
C.Africa encourages former militias to give up their guns The Central African Republic was plunged into chaos in 2013 after president Francois Bozize was ousted by mainly Muslim Seleka which gave rise to the emergence of equally dangerous anti-balaka militias in mostly Christian communities.
