Such is the case for Azad Al-Barazi who will wear the Syrian colors at the Rio Olympics. The Syrian-American who moved to Los Angeles at the age of 7, is also a lifeguard on the beaches of the Pacific Ocean, far from the chaos taking place in his parents' native country.
