Spanish NGO rescues 122 migrants off coast of Libya 122 migrants from sub-Saharan Africa were rescued at dawn on Sunday by the Spanish NGO ProActiva when they sailed aimlessly and at the mercy of the tide. An hour before the ProActiva teams were able to locate the vessel, seven migrants fell into the water, and only two managed to get back on board by their own means. The rubber boat was located 14 nautical miles off the coast of Libya between Sabratha and Mellitah from where they had left at Saturday afternoon.
