France attack plot suspects 'had video pledging IS allegiance' Police have arrested two men in Marseille on suspicion of planning an "imminent" attack, finding guns, explosives and an Islamic State jihadist flag just days before the first round of France's presidential election. Federal prosecutor Francois Molins says a video authorities intercepted last week included images of the front page of a newspaper that bore the image of a presidential candidate, and that one of the two men was trying to get in touch with IS in order to pass them "a video pledging allegiance or claiming (an attack)".
