Silent march in Uruguay to honor dictatorship victims People take part in the 22th March of Silence in memory of people who went missing during the military dictatorship (1973-1985), in Montevideo. The rally commemorates the 41th anniversary of the murder of two Uruguayan congressmen in exile in Argentina, Zelmar Michelini and Hector Gutierrez Ruiz, killed by a military commando in Buenos Aires during the Plan Condor period.
