Evacuation of IS members from Lebanon-Syria border set to begin Lebanese militant group Hezbollah, who has launched an assault against the Islamic State group from the Syrian side of the Lebanon-Syria border, declared a ceasefire on Sunday, with Hezbollah's War Media channel saying the unilateral pause was "in the framework of a comprehensive agreement to end the battle in west Qalamun" against IS.
