Liberia's VP calls for electoral commission's "sanitation" Current vice-president and ruling party's candidate Joseph Boakai backs up the complaint brought forward by opposition candidate Charles Brumskine and asks for the "sanitation" of the electoral commission, which he claims is biased in favor of his opponent, former football star turned politician George Weah. Boakai placed second during the first round that was held on October 10th. He was meant to face Weah in a runoff initially planned on November 7th, but the Supreme court delayed the poll for the complaint to be investigated by the electoral commission. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
