The 68th session of WHO regional committee opens in Dakar The 68th session of the World Health Organisation (WHO) has opened in Dakar. Ministers of health and senior officials of 47 African countries are due to discuss until Friday about ways to improve cholera, to give a better access to medical treatment and medications, and strengthen the fight against non-communicable diseases.
