Street "pharmacies" sell medicine on Colombian-Venezuelan border Giovanni José Plaza, a 24-year-old Venezuelan and a HIV carrier, asks the government of Nicolás Maduro to allow humanitarian aid into Venezuela, after he had to leave the country for Colombia in search for a treatment for his illness.
