Thousands of Kurds protest against Turkey in Syria's Qamishli To mark the 20th anniversary of the arrest of separatist Kurdish rebel leader Abdullah Ocalan, thousands of demonstrators march through the streets of Qamichli, the main city in northeastern Syria, calling for his release and criticizing the threats made by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
