Dakar: volunteers collect money to offer meals during Ramadan For the past four years, these Senegalese volunteers have been wandering between cars and grazing passers-by in the streets of Dakar. Their objective: to raise as much money as possible to prepare and distribute, on a voluntary basis, meals to passers-by for the breaking of the fast during the holy Muslim month of Ramadan.
