Wildlife international conference set to open in Geneva The 18th Conference of the Parties (CoP18) to the Convention on the International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES) is set to open in Geneva. CITES Secretary-General, Ivonne Higuero, says there are "56 proposals on the table".
