Kincade Fire forces people to evacuate and move to shelters As most of the shelters in Sonoma county are overwhelmed, evacuees from the Kincade Fire are flowing into the San Francisco bay area. The Red Cross opened a temporary shelter on Monday morning at the Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Assumption.
