The experience of the Tokyo 2021 Summer Olympics will influence the epidemic prevention and control measures for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, an official said Thursday during a media tour at the co-host city of Zhangjiakou.
"We are still waiting for the Tokyo Olympics, IOC and Beijing Olympics Organising Committee, based on their experiences of the Tokyo Olympics, to release some particularly clear epidemic prevention and control measures," says Beijing Winter Olympics Committee planning and construction department official Chen Rongqin.
