Description
As thousands protested against the President Jair Bolsonaro across Brazil on Saturday, protesters in Sao Paulo set fire to a statue of Borba Gato, a settler with a controversial past, often linked to the exploitation of Indians and black people.
According to local media reports, a group of protesters disembarked from a truck, set down tyres and set fire to the statue. IMAGES
