Ukraine’s police hold a press conference on the death of missing Belarusian dissident Vitaly Shishov, who was found hanged in a park in Ukraine. Authorities have opened a murder probe, saying that they are looking at the possibility that it is a "suicide, or a murder disguised as a suicide".
