Description
When hijacked planes crashed into the World Trade Centre in the United States, it set in motion a chain of events which would have a dramatic effect on the people of Afghanistan.
In Kabul and Kandahar, locals reflect with bitterness on the legacy of 9/11 and the twenty-year intervention in the US, which this Summer ended with the dramatic return of the Taliban to power.
