Spanish Prime minister Pedro Sanchez and Colombian President Ivan Duque sign agreements including the Joint Declaration between the Government of the Kingdom of Spain and the Government of the Republic of Colombia creating a high-level Spain-Colombia Commission, and agreement on the reciprocal promotion and protection of investments, an extension of the general protocol agreement between the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Colombia, the Instituto Caro y Cuervo and the Instituto Cervantes, and an agreement between the Kingdom of Spain and the Republic of Colombia on cooperation in fighting against crime and security.
