One year after storm Alex hit France's Vésubie valley, the area is still recovering. The devastated campsite in Roquebilière, a few kilometres from Saint-Martin Vésubie, has reopened. Its manager has regained hope. But in Saint-Martin locals are still dealing with the fallout from the disaster.
