In the French fishing port of Granville, opposite the Channel Islands, fishermen say they do not understand the refusal of the British and Jersey authorities to issue all the fishing licences requested by French boats to allow them to operate in territorial waters. "We're fed up with being manipulated!" says a fisherman who did not get his licence. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
