Christie's auction house unveils a diptych version of Banksy’s well-known "Girl and Balloon" artwork, which will be the highlight of their forthcoming sale in London on October 15th. The two-part canvas, which depicts a small child reaching up toward a heart-shaped red balloon and which was painted by the elusive and irreverent Banksy in 2005, is expected to fetch between 2.5-3.5 million pounds (2.9-4.1 million euros, 3.4-4.8 million dollars) at the auction.
