Description
Secretary-General of NATO Jens Stoltenberg tells a press conference that China will be a new priority for the defence alliance as it sets out its future strategy. Speaking during a visit to Helsinki, Stoltenberg also called for dialogue with Russia to reduce tensions, and said that the door remains open for Finland, which is currently a NATO "enhanced partner", to become a fully fledged member.
