A mission of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) arrives in Conakry to 'accompany the transition' in the West African country where the military overthrew President Alpha Conde on September 5. ECOWAS Commission President Jean Claude Kassi Brou says they are there "to meet with the authorities to take stock and see how ECOWAS can concretely accompany the ongoing process."
