Hatice Cengiz, who was set to marry dissident Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi when he was killed in 2018 inside Saudi Arabia's consulate in Istanbul says she is attending the "People's Tribunal on the Murder of Journalists" in The Hague to testify so the world does not forget her murdered fiancée.
