An investigation into the kidnapping of a 17-year-old jogger in the Mayenne department of France is opened. The public prosecutor of Laval, Céline Maigné, says "no leads" can be ruled out, whether it is "accidental, criminal or runaway", 24 hours after the disappearance of the young high school student.
