Hundreds of demonstrators gather outside the US Supreme Court as the nine justices heard arguments in a pivotal case that could roll back 50 years of abortion rights in the country by upholding a law in the state of Mississippi that would ban the procedure after 15 weeks. Julie Rickelman, a lawyer who argued against Mississippi’s abortion ban, says after the case that “it would be devastating for the Court to take this right away, right now.”
