UK Foreign Secretary Liz Truss announces that G7 countries have warned Russia of severe consequences, including economic sanctions, if it carries out an incursion into Ukraine. Truss speaks at a press conference after a two day meeting between foreign ministers from G7 countries in Liverpool.
