At dizzying heights suspended on a firefighter's ladder, Santa Claus greets children with Covid-19 at Lima's Villa Panamericana hospital, amid a worrying resurgence of the pandemic in Peru. There are 126 children in the hospital, the majority with mild symptoms but hospitalised because their parents were also infected with the virus, which has killed more than 201,000 people in Peru, one of the countries hardest hit by the pandemic in the world.
