The Belgian government has reversed its decision to close cinemas and theaters, a decision appreciated by the moviegoers and especially by venues, some of which had remained open illegally. "We were very happy to defend, in fact, the principle of the right to culture by opening even though we were legally prohibited from doing so," says Nicolas Gilson, the director of programming at a cinema.
