Nobel Peace Prize laureate Denis Mukwege calls on the international community to "take action" to shift the shame of sexual crimes "from the shoulders of the victims to the shoulders of their perpetrators". The Congolese gynaecologist also urged France to get involved in the fight against the "impunity" of perpetrators of sexual violence in the DRC, accusing local authorities of "stifling the truth."
