Lawyers for the civil party in the trial of the suspected killers of former Burkinabe president Thomas Sankara and the widow of the pan-African icon react to the rulings as they exit the court in Ouagadougou. Although the lawyer for the Sankara family said that he "partly agrees with the prosecution", the widow of the assassinated former president deplores the suspended sentence granted to Colonel Jean-Pierre Palm, one of the defendants, and regrets certain requests for acquittal.
