Description
A "temporary consulate" will be opened in Arras to handle visa applications for Ukrainian refugees wishing to travel to Britain, says France's minister for the interior, Gérald Darmanin, in Paris. He adds France has increased accommodation places from "10,000 to 25,000... in three days", at a press briefing to mark the opening of an interministerial crisis unit on the reception of people fleeing the conflict in Ukraine.
