Description
Julie Ledevea left Moscow after the war in Ukraine erupted with the hope to build a life with her fiancée in France, and eventually to return to Russia, where she feels she belongs. Born in Moscow to a Breton father and a Russian mother, Julie Ledevea, is one of the Russians who left Russia after the offensive on Ukraine began. Julie arrived in Istanbul from Moscow on March 4 with her Russian fiancé, Ramil. Now they face limitations on bankcards and uncertainty with both Russian and French embassies. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
