Several thousand demonstrators in fluorescent yellow shirts gather in front of the transport ministry in Madrid. Faced with an unprecedented strike by truckers, the Spanish government has announced on a one billion euro plan to reduce the price of fuel, but many truckers say that "it is not enough because in a few months they are going to raise the petrol price again to 2,10 or 2 euros and those 20 cents won't do anything".
