Police dismantle a homeless encampment on a Manhattan sidewalk and make several arrests in the process, but none of the homeless people agree to be relocated to one of the city's shelters. "You have violent stuff going on in the shelters, like stabbings," says Johnny Grima, who has been homeless for two years.
