The advisor of the Huthis' Supreme Political Council, Mohammed Ahmed Muftah, says the "formation of the Saudi regime is an extension of their continued aggression after having failed to take Yemen down," after Yemen's president announced he is handing his powers to a new leadership council, in a major shake-up in the coalition battling Huthi rebels as a fragile ceasefire takes hold.
