Thousands gather for La Paz, the first parade launching Seville's Holy Week. It's the first time the parade has gone on without restrictions since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. La Paz is a parade composed of around 2,000 nazarenos and two thrones, one of Jesus Christ and another of the Virgin Mary. Each throne weighs around 1,500kg and are carried by the costaleros, each costaleros carries around 32 kg for 12 hours. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
