Officials say a large spill will likely be avoided after a tanker carrying 750 tonnes of diesel fuel from Egypt to Malta sank off Tunisia's southeast coast. Environment Minister Leila Chikhaoui, who travelled to the port of Gabes to help oversee the response, says the situation is "under control."
