After more than two months of conflict, firefighters in Ukraine's second city of Kharkiv are struggling. The figures are high: more than 1,000 fires in the Kharkiv region and more than 2,000 buildings damaged or destroyed by fire in the city alone, with more than 140 civilians killed, according to a regional spokesman for Ukraine's emergency services.
