Civilian evacuations continue in Lyman (south Ukraine) ahead of the expected arrival of Russian forces as shelling intensifies and smoke billows around the train station. Police special forces are providing medical supplies and petrol to those who do not want to evacuate. Victims’ of indiscriminate shelling believe they will share the same fate as the neighboring villages seized by Russian forces as the remains of their houses continue to burn.
