Sofia's municipal heating utility Toplofikacia, which supplies hot water and heating to 1.5 million people, hopes that Bulgaria's gas deliveries will be secured before the winter season comes. The company has not seen its gas supply drop so far, a week after the halt of Russian gas to the country, but it and other industrial consumers -- big and small -- are on tenterhooks as they fear insecure deliveries and rising prices.
