Félix Tshisekedi says he wants to "build something new and above all something that is constructive" between Congo and Belgium. Following the visit of Belgian King Philippe to the Palais de la Nation and its gardens, Congolese President Félix Tshisekedi joined Belgian Prime Minister Alexander De Croo for a joint press conference. Alexander De Croo ended the conference by saying that Congo has the right to defend it's territory" and that Belgium will assist it. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
