The leader of the French left-wing alliance NUPES, Jean-Luc Melenchon, said that President Macron offered a "Trump-style" sketch before boarding his plane to visit Romania. "Before leaving, he did a sketch on the tarmac. This is not usually part of the French tradition, so you have to decrypt it a bit: it's a Trump-style fashion. Trump was a specialist in this: before getting on the plane, he insulted everyone," said Melanchon during a meeting in Toulouse, where he came to support the Nupes candidates qualified for the second round of legislative elections.
