Houses are destroyed by recent shelling in the Eastern Ukrainian town of Seversk, some 15 kilometers West of the besieged cities of Lysychansk and Severodonetsk. Red Cross workers and volunteers deliver humanitarian aid as some local initiatives help fulfill basic needs by selling staple foods procured from cities like Dnipro and Kyiv. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
