To help homeless people cope with the heat wave, Berlin is launching a pilot project that gives them a place to cool off and shelter from the sun every day of the week from 10am to 8pm during the heat wave. The project is led by the international association 'Bund Berlin-Brandenburg', with financial support from the Berlin State Senate.
