"I have decided to create a €3 million fund to open ten new LGBT+ centres in France and strengthen the 35 that already exist," announces French Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne, following a visit to an LGBT+ reception centre in Orleans, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the law on the decriminalisation of homosexuality in France.
