Description
As the billionaire dubbed "India's Warren Buffett" is launching an airline on Sunday, analysts say the move signals "opportunuties" in the aviation amrket in the South Asian country. India's newest airline, Akasa Air — which backed by Indian billionaire Rakesh Jhunjhunwala — is set to launch on Sunday with its maiden flight from financial hub Mumbai to the western city of Ahmedabad. Co-founding Akasa Air is a rare departure into entrepreneurship for Jhunjhunwala, who made his fortune on the stock exchange as a value share investor and is often compared to Berkshire Hathaway chairman and CEO Warren Buffett.
